Notes
Okay so....I went pretty hard the first three and half miles. A little fatser than race pace. Then I slowed down the last two or so. Side kind of hurt. Other than that it was fun. Running in the rain is so clensing. I don't know why. But I have always enjoyed it. Everyone complains....I don't know why....but then again.....I am not like everyone. : )
