Top Run. 15 Minutes easy, 14km at steady (3:55) followed by 3x30 seconds fast. First few km were tough, but once I settled in I felt comfortable and started tiring in the last 1500m. 3x30 seconds were a bit weird on rubbery legs. Hip, glute and quad all fine.
