3 Clif Blox
Salted caramel gel (not good)
Expresso Love gel (very good)
Started out slow which was good, but maybe a bit too slow (> 9 min/mi). Sped up a bit. Felt much better than last week even though it was just as hot. I painted Megan's room on Saturday, plus the 9 mi run, so my legs were tired to start. Didn't start really feeling it until mi 16. By mi 17, my shoes were starting to slosh with sweat. Overall, felt pretty good even by the end. Was able to be pretty productive for the rest of the day. Needed to drink a ton of water. Things should get better as the weather starts to cool off.
Monday Update:
Slept okay. Just a little sore this morning. Went for a 1/2 hour walk before breakfast. Slight headache today. Achilles in my left leg is pretty sore as well. Head is a little foggy and tired.
