Overall, a great run. Felt really good the whole time. Didn't really even pay attention to the last couple miles vs just forcing my way through it in previous runs. Weather was a bit cooler and drier. My shirt wasn't even completely soaked which helps a lot. Should get easier as the weather gets cooler. Achilles felt pretty good. Tried to make sure I was either doing a heal strike or a completely flat foot strike (no toe then heal). Also switched back to the Adrenaline's because I was starting to develop tendonitis in the joint of my big toes (both feet). This seemed to be caused by the reduced support in the Ravenna's.

Not too sore on Monday morning. Achilles was a little tight. Mild soreness in my quads. Overall, excited to do it again.

Surprisingly, I seem to be gaining weight. I assume some amount is muscle and stored glycogen. May also be adding some fat due to the high sugar diet. Need to cut sugar again after this is over.

Got a migraine Monday afternoon. Most likely due to eye-strain and heavy concentration on the new JMP code.

Tuesday's run wasn't too bad. A little sore and a slight leftover headache.

Wednesday's run was surprisingly difficult. Left me sore for the rest of the day. It was very hot so that didn't help. My back started to hurt a little. Did some stretches Wednesday night and that (maybe) made things worse. My back was really sore Thursday morning. Caused some difficulty running. Pain/weakness down my right side from my back to my hamstring. Took an Aleve after breakfast. Will probably take Aleve/Advil for the next few days. On the bright side, my achilles is feeling better. Still about 6 weeks to go. :(

Took 2 Advil Thursday night and one Friday morning. Feeling much better today. Almost no pain in my back and less soreness in my legs. Total rest day on Friday. See how everything feels Saturday morning. Temps and dew points are really high. Need to go slowly this weekend.
