Notes

After my 4 mile loop I got a drink of water, blasted my Tibias Anterior with my massage gun once more for a couple mins, and headed out for one more 3 mile loop. I was happy with how that second run went and said might as well finish up the mileage I would have gotten earlier with the guys this morning if I had run with them.

This run felt by far the best out of the 3, almost zero pain throughout the run and my breathing was relaxed. It was getting hotter out so I was starting to heat up but it wasn't too bad, and I am glad I listened to coach and tried to run today.

Still not the best week for training, but I have high hopes for how next week goes, the plan is B recoveries and A Q days.
