4x1200m with 3 min rest in between, these felt suprisingly very well. It didn't feel impossible to keep these around 3:45 and I think if I did the last rep at 3:45, I would've been able to gut out 1 more rep at 3:45 with the 3 minutes rest in between. Today I felt super smooth and my breathing was super relaxed. Lead the last interval and took out the first lap super quick but I felt like I was running an easy pace, then the second lap hit and it hit me like a wall, my breathing and legs started feeling 50 lbs heavier. Excited to do this another time, really seeing improvement week after week which is great to see. Got to keep the almost perfect conditions in mind too though, 72 degrees, not too windy, low humidity. Just an overall fun workout.
