Decent race, completely alone this time, next person was 10 seconds back. 25mph+ winds as well, but good effort. Still wasn’t an all out effort but in a more competitive race with better conditions I know I will run faster. Went through 800 in 2:12 but 3rd lap was too slow, final 300 was 49 so good close. PR by 0.02 Seconds..
RunningAhead Addon: Might be a good idea to surge the first 200 of the third lap so I don't run it so slow next time.
