Insanely humid out this morning, trekked this loop 4 times around with Vasant. Got into some good rhythms at some points but others it was just holding on. The pause after the first 2 loops to get water was vital as without it we would’ve easily overheated shortly after. Overall a faster tempo than last weeks but had to rest a little more due to the heat. Glad I was able to feel decent today despite having to bike for 4 days last week due to my ankle. It’s almost better now, still weak on the mobility but I have the mobility back, some slight pain when doing inversion but it hasn’t ever given me pain while i’ve been running.
