The plan was to get in a 30 min easy run this Sunday but I woke up feeling super sluggish and thought it would just be better to recover from yesterday so I can have another solid week of training this upincoming week. I hope soon I can get these Sunday runs in but I think right now my body is having a hard time keeping up with the mileage.
