This tempo felt horrible, from the start my breathing was terrible and I was already heavily breathing by the end of the first loop around. My left shin was on fire and my left calf was super tight throughout and I could feel it stinging with every step. I was feeling terrible and my HR was definitely higher than it should been so I called it at 2 loops instead of 3 for this week. The whole theme for todays workout was just bad nothing really felt good too, the hills were alright but I was just dreading everything, my body was so sore and my shin and calf were killing me, hopefully I can recover and make this week still a good week, the 1k workout on monday was a success but today was a failure.
