Felt some tightness on the left side of my hip flexor and just hip area on my left side, stretched and it went away a little bit and I think p90x helped. This side is different that the side that was hurting and had me out for a large portion of the cross country season. Going to keep an eye on this though and make sure it doesn’t get any worse. Other wise felt good. Strides and p90x after.
