Notes

Ran inside today, felt terrible, the bottom of my left foot felt super inflamed and hurt the entire time and I just felt weak in general. I don’t think 8 hours is adequate enough for me to fully recover from previous runs. Today’s run honestly felt worse than monday’s run which is weird. My legs didn’t get heavy or anything it just hurt more. I am a little more sore but I think that is because this week I am on track to do the most mileage I have in a while but I also think sleep has something to do with me feeling bad, i’m just not getting the amount of sleep I am used to and I am feeling it right now.
