HR monitor wasn't working for wup 4.3(7:29) 3(200,200,400) same distance recover jog, finished with 2x200, cool down 4.2(7:08) hammies felt good during workout so pushed at end. Felt great to run hard and fast again. Did feel hammies during cool down but only tight!!!
