Didn't have much time to warm up during warm up saw my relay runner from my team coming in had to pull off my shirt and run to hand-off, just made it. My watch had a mixture of 2.+ warm up and relay leg. Then about 600 yds into it the the magnetic wrist bad, baton fell off so I had to turn around to get it. All said and done I avged 5;45 for 4.75. We easily won Senior division.
