When a friend asks one to do his long run with him well how can I say no. He said it would be easy. My legs were still sore from the last few days of hard running and intervals. We ran the trails in Randolph hilly with small rocks, a lot of them yes hills and rocks. 20@8:10 then a mile barefoot on astro turf and drills.
