2 mi w/u, drills and strides, 1 mi - 9 x 30s hill - 1 mi, 2 mi c/d
Thunderstorm hit in the warm up so we ran this in the rain. Felt good on the hills and was keeping up with the top group. The tempos less so -- still running 6:10-6:15 pace over the XC course. It will come.
