With Avi. 3+ w/u, 2+ w/d, 4.1 mi tempo in 23:00... we were hoping for 5 miles at 5:40 pace, but the 4th mile was all uphill and it worked us both, so we just pulled the plug. First workout in a while.
Splits: 5:48, 5:35, 5:22 (down), 5:50 (up, ugh)
