Notes

Longest run since I've been back. Beautiful day. Got rolling a bit in the middle. Legs not sore at all from yesterday's race. Felt good the whole way through, no food or water. The course is the same as the old 14.1, but now goes around the Richland Creek path...distance approximate.

Easy jogging until the Monkey.
