Good workout:
2 x (1200-1000-800) then 4 x 200.
Cut down from 5:40 to 5:25ish pace. Felt strong and relaxed -- wish I'd felt like this on Saturday!
4 x 200 - 38, 35, 33, 31 ya!
Nice work! Now get some damn mileage in...nothing crazy, but you gotta do more than 35-40MPW avg if you wanna get back under 17. We YOU may not have to...but you hit a few 55-60 Mile weeks again and you'll feel like your old self in no time.
