2 mi w/u, drills & strides, 6 x 1000 (800, float 100, kick 100) w/400 jog. 1++ c/d

Ran 6:00 pace or a little faster. Was good to get a full workout in, but man hard to see the fast group rolling and think that's where I used to be.
