Good run. Ran about 5 miles to the start of Bongo to Bongo. Then 14 w/Andrew. Threw in 1-1-2-1-1-2 surges over the second half of the run, running back to him. It was really dadgum hot at the end of the run, but I felt strong.
Drank water and gatorade on the run, two gus.
