Good run -- felt good the whole way. The race was long (typical Nashville) by about .3 miles. So it would have been a 15k in about 56:35 or so? That's a good time considering the hilly course. I was 5th overall and 1st master. Good negative split as well, was sub 6 pace over the back half of the course.
