Vaughn's Gap

Notes

The plan was 5 x mile w/ 3 min rest, but I felt like crap on the first two, so then ran a fartlek with Jeanette -- 2 min on, 1 min off, 2 min on, for the middle three miles, then jumped in on the last mile.

Splits were: 5:27 for the first mile (mile one of the XC course) and 5:07 for the last mile (mile 3 of the XC course) Actually felt good on that last mile. I think the issue was not being well warmed up. Anyways, some good running with a good crew. Ted, Vance, Liz, and the Tulsa boys.
