Dial's Loop

Notes

Good run with Ted. Two laps of Dial's 15k Loop. First time through in 1:03:50 (6:50), second lap in 59:00 (6:20). Last five we ran strong: 6:01, 5:59, 5:53, 5:52, 5:40. Felt pretty good, in control.

Low humidity, but still hot on the second loop, as we finished around 11am. Maybe 80 degrees in the sun.
