With Cody and I guy I just met named Steve.
5 miles, then 2 miles @ 6 flat, recover while he ran a mile (6min) then 1.25 more miles at 6 flat. Finished up with 5 more easy miles.
Hot out! The pace felt ok, and I think if it were not so hot 2 x 2mi would have been reasonable. Good times.
