Pretty day. 55-60 degrees felt nice.
7 miles warm-up (50:30), then 12.27 miles progressive tempo (1:13:18) for avg pace of 5:58, then a mile cooldown (8:00).
Workout goes in the log as hard but I really felt strong and "steady-state" throughout. Took two GU's: one at the beginning of the tempo, another halfway in. Also, a small cup of water twice. Last 4 miles into the wind.
Not a bad way to cap off my biggest week ever.
