Vandy loop warmup, then 3 miles tempo: 5:55, 5:48, 5:49. Wanted 4 miles tempo but it was a freaking sauna out and so I got tired and hot. The legs felt good though. One mile jog cooldown.

It is hard to imagine running hundred mile weeks right now.
