Notes

Nice run w/Ted and Justin. The old man in me didn't get warmup up until about 8 or 9 miles into the run: it's hard for me to drop 7:30's from the gun, especially uphill. Maybe a sign that some flexibility work and/or massage is in order.

Anyhow, miles 12-17 felt smooth and comfy at sub 7 pace, so that's good enough. Nice conversation. Ted, mostly, with his meta-physiological perspective. Runners are goofy.
