Notes

Good run, workout was 10 x 2min w/ 90s jog. Felt tight on the first few reps, but tried not to worry about keeping up and just stayed loose. After 4 reps, I felt good and started to run pretty well. Was able to get through all 10 and more or less keep up with LePage.

For some reason I am running really well this week. Who knows why.

I saw you guys crushing it out there as I was leaving the other run on Vaughn's road. Looked like a lot of fun.
