Notes

I have been running ~5 miles every other day and going to the pool as well. I think I will take a break from logging the runs as its not amounting to "training." Hoping to start lifting more and swimming more and basically get fit that way and get this achilles issue solved.

I am "training" along the same lines.

It is going well!! I have not been running, but I have been swimming and lifting every day. I have an appt. to see the best sports doc in town to see what's going on down there with the achilles.

In the meantime, I am getting ripped, ha ha. I am actually enjoying the swimming and seeing a lot of improvement there.
