Notes

2 x (1600-1200-1600), jog 800 between intervals, a mile between sets. Longish warmup and cooldown made this into a dadgum long run. Ran w/Ramsay and was also joined by Milner, Jess, and Andrew. Was a good strength workout, felt aerobic.
