Notes

Very happy with this last cycle of training. Van has been awesome and I've learned a ton. Yesterday's race was essentially a road PR since the earlier 15:49 was most likely short. The next three weeks I am going to shift to easy aerobic running, do a little mini base phase and kind of reboot the system. The idea is to back off on pace and try to run a lot with the next three weeks at 80-85-90 for the 7day + 1day off cycle.

After this, we will build back intensity at a little higher level and aim for a fast 5k/10k this spring on the outdoor track. I think I can run in the low 15s (or faster?) and maybe 31ish for 10k on the track.
