On the treadmill at Vandy; everything iced up here. 2 miles warmup at 7:30 pace, then progression starting at 6:30 pace down to 5:24 pace, speeding up .2 every 2 minutes. 1 mile cooldown at 7:30.

Good workout, felt aerobic, could take it down farther if I wanted to work hard.
