Notes
I was going to keep it easy, but I felt good. My legs felt good and strong. The weather was right. So my pace creeped up and then on my last 3/4 miles there were two runners. That never happens so I ran them down and passed them. Of course they didn't know I was racing them but it made for a good fast finish run.
