Slow. Guy decided to give me congratulations and tell me all about how he runs and how he hurt his knee and why he decided not to have surgery. And that if I was consistent with running I would lose weight and get faster. Second random stranger to decide to congratulate me.

Would probably mean more if I hadn't been running for a few years already, although not terribly consistently.
