AC Mageo relay at "ZLATÝ MARATON EMILA ZÁTOPKA". Relay members: Vasa, Zruda, Barborka, Ped.
I did run final leg 4. I had the best weather with a short rain during my leg, still it was quite hot for me. But the run went quite good, with increasing pace progressively and without any big crisis (I was a bit frustrated when I lost first place in relays, but the guy was too fast, gaining on me another 1min in remaining 6km while I was pushing a lot to keep him in sight in case he has some problem). Problem with my "speed" was in previous two days, the go-kart races always left me exhausted too much. So overall 46:20 in hot weather is quite on par with expectations.
Rest of the team managed to run impressive times too, clocking the whole marathon in 3:18:16 (new best for AC Mageo relay), and Barborka was only ~30s slower to me while she had worse weather. We did the second halfmarathon in 1:33:17, so sub-3h marathon was out of question even on our part, and first half was even much tougher with 30+ temperatures and direct sun.
Health: nothing new, right Achilles still a bit better, but the structural changes still visible, single swelled spot visible and hurts when massaged. And I think I should probably pay attention to the final bit of tendon connecting to heel bones too, when massaging it, as I'm afraid it's losing a bit of flexibility maybe.
