Trail, elevation +-100m, 2 rounds, VFF (difficulty medium to hard, not really hard part of track, but almost whole lap required attention and extra work and except ~1km on the tarmac it was kinda too hard (stones or roots), only few parts were pure clay ground). After first round my foots were smashed badly already, so second round was quite painful and felt desperately slow. And that's how I felt after finish, desperately slow, aching and not excited, didn't even enjoy the surroundings at all because of race pace and attention for surface. Checking later the endomondo GPS recording made it feel much better, there was some serious speed on downhills while I didn't feel like pushing to max, I run (slowly) all the uphills (no walk), and +1.5min in second lap is not that bad considering it was a bit painful already, although exhaustion and too fast first lap did add some seconds too for sure. Overall this looks like high quality training, but the track is too hard for my current VFF running level. Foots needs some rest now... :)
