Notes
Race results are from relays (total/mixed). Had to pee after 5th km, still 40:xx 10km split.
Too hot weather, got dry lips and pipes (even when I tried to use almost every refreshment station with water) and I'm a bit sunburnt after race. Last 3km uphill and I was getting really hot and dry, so I did start to slow down quite some bit (4:30 last km), otherwise I felt quite relaxed and ok.
