Nice group and run with Zdenek, two hills (one short but steep, other long and mild) in medium intensity, 1km in tempo, rest of run mostly easy tempo or just jogging or recovery. Right ball of feet was very sensitive at morning, but at evening and during run it was already almost ok. The upper muscles in front of knee started to ache quite a bit, this one is not over yet. No other problems, feeling quite good overall.
