Second part of long night run, trying out somewhat faster sections interleaved with M race pace effort, faster parts were mostly downhills or slightly elevated flat, relaxed parts were during hill climbing. The style does again feel a bit flaky, too much pushing/pulling and very rigid ankle when I'm trying to make it work fully and dynamically (ie. opposite of what I want :)). Some short sections were relaxed enough, but mostly I did feel like I'm pushing too much and braking myself due to muscle tension and wrong moves. Otherwise it felt very good, even when I was pushing, the breathing was very calm. Overheating was a bit of issue (especially as I'm wearing +1 layer to simulate hot weather), but coping with it well too. But I felt lot of power. And lack of speed. Right tendons under heel didn't ache today too much, maybe finally getting better. Achilles tendon is inflammed as always, no change there.
