Tempo run.
Felt a little pukey and legs were a little heavy at the start of the run. Went away quickly though. Goal was 20 minutes at 7:00 pace.Went well for first two miles, but fell apart last mile. I think a good portion was mental as the finishing part was up a slight incline, but I did feel progressively tired, at the end.
Ended up at 22:10 pace for 5k, but I probably would have kept slowing down. Pace for firs two miles (pre-collapse): 21:32.
For next weeks race, I feel a sub 21 is very likely. Sub 20 is possible, but main goal is sub 21.
