Goal was 4:24s, but clearly I didn't hit it. First two were due to bad pacing, didn't feel tired. Felt tired third one, but almost made it, had to push real hard though. Don't think a 22 flat seems reasonable after this goal. But with nice weather, being in a race, and not at the end of the day, I could get somewhere between 22 and 23
