Day 4 of streak! Ran with Amy and Ann this am, nice to be back with my BRFs. We are however a motley crew, all nursing our respective injuries, hence the slow easy pace. Definitely enjoy our am runs, and weather was cool although muggy. Think I would've struggled with another evening run, tired feelingis catching up to me. Have to decide what to do tomorrow to keep legs fresh for saturday Ridge to River 10 mile. Definitely have to determine race gameplan also so I don't get stuck behind traffic on tge single track trail section again this year.
