Short run on hills near home, both injuries feeling better. Streak was definitely the only reason I did this run...was really tired after work and trip to Beckley today, which included getting stuck in accident traffic on I-64. May have to start carrying running clothes in car, as I could have done a run waiting for traffic to clear!
