Speed workout. Definitely need to work on this, was all over the place even. Ken calcd pace for aussie quarters, but I was way to fast at beginning, very up and down on rest. Also had watch issues. Felt also like was playing video game where was dodging traffic on a motorcycle...people all over the track. Plus there was what I can only term debris to use nascar term, like someone had combed or shaved the turf, also usual equipment like mats and things. Overall felt good and got it done, love my mizuno wave elixirs!
