Felt terrible this morning when I woke up. I haven't been sleeping as well as I would like. It needed to be noted because I often feel this way when I'm training through a race, yet I still mope around and whine like a sissy before the start.
Anyway - This went well. The weather is never this good for Mint City. The results tell the story, 90+ seconds faster than I've ever run here. I'm in a great spot after this summer's interval work. 3 weeks to recover, then another 4-6 weeks with tempo and long run work before the fall marathon.
And I finally beat her again... Jesus it's been a while.
