Through 4 miles I was feeling great about the pace vs HR. I thought I was recovering pretty well. Then I attempted (5) strides. Wow, my quads and hamstrings are still TRASHED. So I guess it's both good and bad. Happy the pace vs HR has improved significantly of late, happy that it may continue to improve given my current fatigue, but a bit disappointed that I'm still in such rough shape from 5th 3rd.
