Yesterday was my first workout on Cyrus hill this cycle, and likely my only workout on that hill this spring. Normally I run it 2-3 times each spring. It's of note because yesterday was a top 5, probably one of my 3 best ever workouts on that hill, in my first attempt of the year. It is for that reason that I am very sore today. Feet and hamstrings.
