GDDMN that's a tough race, and it just keeps getting harder. Ropes out again in 1/2 dozen places, so we get them on the second loop as well. 4:30 won it. Normally an hour off from the winner, so the fact that today was a 35 min PW really isn't bad. In fact, I thought that I ran this about as well as I have in any of my 4 attempts here.
Good fun. I'll be back.
Also 37K, 2000, and 90 (for the week) all happened at different points today.
