Goal:  10 miles with 4 @ Half pace - .5 mile recoveries at a steady pace.

Had opportunity to start work a bit later today so I went ahead with the mid week workout.  Legs still felt a bit banged up during warm up.  I probably should have run the intervals a bit slower so that I could have held a more steady pace during recovery, but it's done and I think it was productive.
